The Launch - BPOCareerHub.com was launched. it's a new online job portal that focuses but not limited to BPO.  It only cater to two industries yet the career opportunities are vast and wide contrary to the perception that it is limited to call center agent positions. To name a few, nurses, legal, accountants, marketing professionals, procurement officers, quality assurance and graphic designers are needed to build a stable and long lasting BPO and KPO companies.
